Ever wonder why the same food or workout feels great one day and completely different the next? Lumen helps you see how your body is responding.
This handheld tracker analyzes the CO₂ in your breath to estimate whether your body is using mostly carbohydrates or fat for energy. Take a breath measurement, check your results in the app, and start noticing how your meals, movement, and sleep affect your metabolism.
The Lumen app also gives you personalized daily nutrition guidance based on your readings. It’s a practical tool for getting curious about your body and making more informed choices about how you fuel it.
Why you’ll love it:
